I am easily ignited by any issues concerning social inequality. I am working on developing a more specific basis of interest to further navigate my academic direction, but I am still exploring the many aspects of injustices in our society. I am particularly interested in how imbedded racism is in institutionalized structures. As a woman, I am also passionate about reproductive rights and how associated rhetoric is used in the mainstream media.
